If you wish to proceed with your cancellation, we do require written notice by emailing support@marketinghelpdesk.support
Dependant on the contracted terms with your payment method, we have provided below our cancellation procedures.
Monthly:
If you are on a 30 day monthly rolling basis, we do require 30 days notice to cancel the campaign. Typically this will require a final payment to finalise the cancellation, we then stop work the after the final month.
Monthly Contract:
Typically these are within a 6 or 12 month term.
If you require to cancel the campaign we will action the cancellation after the full term has finished, EG: if you are within a 12 month contract we can only cancel after the 12th month/payment.
If you wish to cancel the contract prior to the term finishing, we will require the remainder of the contract to be paid in full in order to action the cancellation. A separate invoice will be raised.
1 month prior to your contracted time, our team will email you a reminder that the contract is coming to an end and one of our website consultants will contact you for renewal/continuation options.
If the contract has come to an end and we have not received a cancellation request, the monthly payment will change from your discounted price to full price, dependant on package.
Upfront Contract:
Typically these are within 3, 6 and 12 month terms.
You can request to cancel the campaign at any time within the term, as long as this is 30 days prior to the final month of your campaign ending. We will finalise the work for the month's you have paid for and no further payments will be requested.
