On your Dashboard you will see 6 Labelled tabs to the left as shown below.



Highlighted is the Call-back option.


Once a call back ticket has been submitted we will do our best to get back to you within 3 working days.


Alternatively  you can raise a ticket with us. This will report to our helpdesk similar to an email. See below for details of where to find this.
