FTP is short for File Transfer Protocol. At times our technical team will request for your FTP Logins if there's for example some errors or optimisation that cannot be performed via your Website CMS Logins.
FTP logins are to access all of the website files that cannot be accessed by your CMS (content management system)
If you do not have access to the FTP and we have requested for these specifically - you can request these from your website hosting company.
